Deepavali 2024 is round the corner and the MCST will be appreciating the efforts of our service providers by distributing them with Hardship Hong Bao.
We welcome and appreciate any voluntary contribution to the fund and will continue to distribute collections to the workers on key festive events.
If residents wish their gift to be given to specific workers, you may indicate their names to the Management Office.

Please be informed that our pest controller has placed Sulphur along the perimeter fencing along blk 50, 52 & 54 (next to BBQ pit 2) for snake treatment purposes.
DO NOTE TO PLEASE REFRAIN from touching, smelling, or be near these chemicals, as they can cause severe complications if there is any contact to both animals and humans.
For your safety, we kindly request everyone to exercise caution while walking near the areas mentioned above, especially while walking your dog(s) along these areas. Attached to this notice are photos of the treatment and the specific locations where the Sulphur has been placed.
Your cooperation in adhering to these precautions is greatly appreciated as we work to ensure a safe environment for all residents.

The Management would like to remind all residents that under the prescribed by-law of the Building Maintenance Strata Management Act (BMSMA), Section 10, residents are not allowed to hang laundry etc. on the balcony railing. You are only allowed to dry your laundry at areas designated for the purpose. Below extract for your reference:

10. A subsidiary proprietor or an occupier of a lot shall not, except with the prior written approval of the management corporation, hang any washing, towel, bedding, clothing or other article on any part of the parcel in such a way as to be visible from outside the subdivided building, other than at areas designated for the purpose and there only for a reasonable period.
