Dear Residents,
Please refer to attached Bulk Disposal Open Top Container Schedule for year 2025 / 2026.
Dear Residents,
We observed and received feedback from residents that dog owners are letting go of the leash on their dogs while walking them within the condominium premises. Please be informed that free-roaming dog can get itself or other residents into unpleasant situations.
In accordance with Animal & Veterinary Service’s (AVA) regulation, it is an offense for not leashing your dog in public and offenders are subject to a maximum fine of up to $5,000. Dog breeds specified in the Second Schedule of the Animals and Birds (Dog Licensing and Control) Rules must also be muzzled in public and first offenders are subject to a maximum fine of up to $5,000 as well.
We would like to urge all dog owners to be considerate and responsible pet owners by leashing your dog while walking them and the Management will not hesitate to report offenders to the authority for the safety of other residents.
