Dear Residents,
Please be informed that the remaining repair work for the pick-up/drop-off driveway tiles will be scheduled on Saturday 27 April, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM. These repairs have been scheduled during nighttime hours to minimize disruption during the daytime.
Kindly note that there will be unavoidable noise works from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM. While we strive to keep noise levels to a minimum, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this necessary maintenance period.
Important note:
During the repair period (from 9pm - 5am), the pick-up/drop-off will be cordoned off to facilitate the repair process.
Vehicle Entry
Vehicles entering the main entrance will circle the roundabout and access the ramp to the carpark as usual.
Vehicle Exit
Vehicles will have to exit through the Clementi Road (Back Gate) gate during this period. Exit ramp to West Coast Road (Main entrance) will be closed.
Dear Residents,
We would like to inform you that PUB will be replacing all water meters of age 15 years and above in Varsity Park. You will experiance a short water disruption of approximately 10 minutes while the work is being carried out. Please refer below on the dates scheduled for your block:

Hari Raya 2024 is round the corner and the MCST will be appreciating the efforts of our service providers by distributing them with Hardship Hong Bao.
We welcome and appreciate any voluntary contribution to the fund and will continue to distribute collections to the workers on key festive events.

Please be advised that Hitachi Elevator has scheduled the repalcement of the lift's TOP CEILING PULLEY BEARING at Block 32
on the following day and time as stated below:
Affected Lift: Block 32 Lift No 32
Date : Wednesday, 21 February 2024
Time: From 10.00 am to 5.30 pm
Kindly note that the affected lift will be shut down throughout the time period as indicated.
To facilitate the mentioned replacement work, residents are advised to make your own plan on marketing plan and travel arrangements to suit.

We received feedback that a resident has soiled his swimming trunk while using the main swimming pool facility. Hence we have to close the main pool temporarily and sent the water sample for lab test.
