Of late, the Management has noticed the increased frequencies in the number of reports on pet owners who do not have the courtesy to clean up their pet’s “droppings” after walking them around the estate’s compound. This will pose cleanliness and hygiene issues and our cleaners to be re-deployed soonest do the clearing up. There is also manpower constraint as our Security Officers are also placed on constant alert to check on surveillance camera’s recording and during their patrols and to remind residents and/or their maids to assist in the clean-up.
We appeal to all pet owners / maids to exercise due consideration and observe good hygiene and estate’s cleanliness. Kindly bring along extra plastic bags and a bottle of water to dilute their pee or clear their “droppings”.
Please note that the Management will exercise the Additional By-Laws that was passed on 29 January 2011 at the 2nd AGM that states; “A fee of $100.00 (excluding GST) being the cleaning fee for each occasion on behalf of the residents who fail to clean up their pets’ waste or any inconveniences from the pets affecting the common areas and facilities”.
Residents are requested to co-operate and report such sighting(s) to the Management by sending pictures with time / location to the Management via Mobile Apps (8797 8123) for necessary actions or to report to the Security Officer(s) soonest.

During our routine inspection, we had noticed dog owners who do not have the courtesy to clean up after their dogs’ poo & pee.
Our estate is badly affected by the sight & smell of the dogs’ poo & pee. Moreover, dog waste carries diseases which may cause infections to humans. There were incidents of dog’s pee left at the walkway and turf areas which resulted in additional work to maintain the areas.
Please exercise due consideration by bringing along a plastic bag, glove & a bottle of water to clean up after your dog’s poo & pee and observe good hygiene and cleanliness.
We urge all residents who have witnessed owners who failed to clean up after their pet to inform the security guards or the management office immediately.
The Management cordially seeks your understanding and co-operation to make the estate a pleasant and safe place to live in.
In view of the heightened alert and recent COVID-19 infection cases in the community, we would like to remind residents on the importance of safe management measures in lifts and lift lobbies.
