UPDATED IMPORTANT NOTICE - TEMPORARY LIFT SHUTDOWN (REVISED DATES)

Dear Residents,

Please be informed that in compliance with regulations set by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), we are required to install counterweight screens for all the lifts in the estate on the following dates:

During this period, each lift will be out of service for approximately 2 hours. In the meantime, residents please use the staircase.

We thank you for your kind understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We would like to inform you that periodic jet washing of all blocks’ common corridors will be carried out. You are strongly advised to remove your footwear and any other items placed at the common corridor to avoid any damage caused.

Reminder - No Hanging of Laundry on Balcony Railing

Dear Residents,

The Management would like to remind all residents that under the prescribed by-law of the Building Maintenance Strata Management Act (BMSMA), Section 10, residents are not allowed to hang laundry etc. on the balcony railing. You are only allowed to dry your laundry at areas designated for the purpose. Below extract for your reference:

10. A subsidiary proprietor or an occupier of a lot shall not, except with the prior written approval of the management corporation, hang any washing, towel, bedding, clothing or other article on any part of the parcel in such a way as to be visible from outside the subdivided building, other than at areas designated for the purpose and there only for a reasonable period.

WATER DISRUPTION - PUB WATER METER REPLACEMENT

We have checked and it appeared that the neighbouring estates and the West Coast Areas are affected.

We have contacted PUB to invetsigate and revert when they have have our water supply restored.

BLOCK 32 LIFT - REPLACEMENT OF TOP CEILING PULLEY BEARING BY HITACHI ELEVATOR

Please be advised that Hitachi Elevator has scheduled the repalcement of the lift's TOP CEILING PULLEY BEARING at Block 32

on the following day and time as stated below:

Affected Lift:   Block 32 Lift No 32

Date :              Wednesday, 21 February 2024

Time:              From 10.00 am to 5.30 pm

Kindly note that the affected lift will be shut down throughout the time period as indicated.

To facilitate the mentioned replacement work,  residents are advised to make your own plan on marketing plan and travel arrangements to suit.   

We regret the inconveniences caused and would like to thank you for your kind understanding on this matter.
